Service provider
BevoraX LLC is the provider and operator of the BevoraX software-as-a-service platform. Customers enter into their subscription agreement for the use of BevoraX with BevoraX LLC, subject to the Terms of Service.
Payments
Subscription payments and related billing services are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. For payment, invoicing, tax and refund information relating to a purchase, please refer to the information Paddle provides during checkout.
Intellectual property
BevoraX, including its software, website, user interface, trademarks, logos, designs and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to BevoraX LLC unless otherwise stated.
