Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the BevoraX service and is part of the Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

You must not

  • Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to a system or data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure, or probe, scan, or test its vulnerability without our prior written consent.
  • Place an unreasonable load on the service, or interfere with its integrity or performance, including through automated scraping, bulk requests, or denial-of-service techniques.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to store or process another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to a third party except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation, or share your account credentials.
  • Use the service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or abusive.

Security research

Security research is welcome under the rules on our Security page: report vulnerabilities to security@bevorax.im before disclosing them.

Consequences

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access - with or without notice depending on severity - and we may remove offending content. Serious or repeated violations are a material breach of the Terms.
