The total cross-check compares 48 × €0.80 = €38.40 with the document total.
Frequently asked questions
Which documents can the AI read?
Delivery notes, invoices and order confirmations from your suppliers, plus your POS end-of-day reports, as a photo or PDF.
Can order confirmations arrive by email on their own?
Yes. Give your suppliers your company's BevoraX address, or set up automatic forwarding in your mailbox. PDF and image attachments are read and matched against your orders, and you accept or reject each confirmation. Each mail counts as one AI scan. The mail inbox is part of the Pro and Advanced plans.
Do I need a POS integration?
No. Photograph the end-of-day report or upload your POS's CSV export. A direct POS integration is planned.
How many scans are included?
AI scanning is included in the Pro and Advanced plans. During the beta you get 20 scans per month per scan type.
What if the AI misreads something?
You see every line before booking and can correct quantity, price or matching directly. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
