What we do
Every movement in a venue, from goods receipt to sale, should be recorded exactly once and carry through to the margin. Not as a pile of spreadsheets, but as one system that works the way a venue actually runs.

Every stock movement is an individual entry with an origin. No number without a source.

FIFO instead of averages, revenue and margin net, breakage kept apart from shrinkage. You can see how every number comes about.
